Awutu Senya East MCE relocates traders to Iron City Market as part of Kasoa decongestion exercise

To reduce congestion in Kasoa, the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Awutu Senya East, Mr. Seth Sabah Serwornoo-Banini, announced a relocation plan. All traders on tarmacked roads and walkways will move to the new Iron City Satellite Market.

During a visit to the market, Mr. Serwornoo-Banini highlighted its importance. He emphasized safety, free movement, and cleanliness in the municipality. Trading on pedestrian walkways and roads is dangerous for both traders and commuters.

The MCE noted that the Iron City market offers a safer space for commerce. This relocation is part of a larger plan to improve urban management in Kasoa.

He urged traders to follow this directive. He assured them that the satellite market is well-equipped for their needs.
