Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia emphasized public-private partnerships as key to advancing the Lands Commission's operations during the inauguration of its new headquarters in Accra.

He highlighted the government's commitment to digitalization, citing initiatives such as the Enterprise Land Information System (ELIS) and six fully digitized regional offices.

Plans include allocating 3% of GDP (GH₵30 billion) annually to private-sector collaborations to boost Internally Generated Funds and drive critical projects like digitalization.

The new head office, featuring state-of-the-art facilities, underscores government efforts to improve land administration through modern infrastructure, automation, and staff development.

Minister of Lands, Samuel Abu Jinapor, announced additional regional offices and the completion of a Tema District complex. Both leaders stressed collective efforts to eliminate inefficiencies, fraud, and delays, ensuring robust, transparent land management.
