Beatrice Afranie wins big at National Youth Shakers Conclave

A ceremony was held in Accra to celebrate Ms. Afranie's achievements. She was honored alongside other distinguished Ghanaians. The award was presented by Mayor Jimmy Gardner of Prichard, Alabama. Ms. Afranie expressed her gratitude and pledged to elevate the HR profession in Ghana and globally.

Ms. Afranie is a trailblazer in HR excellence. She graduated with first-class honors in Business Administration from Valley View University, Ghana. She received two accolades: Highest C.G.P.A in Management and Highest C.G.P.A in Level 400, School of Business. These accomplishments led to her distinguished career in HR innovation and transformation.

As an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana, she holds significant influence. Additionally, she is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources-International from HRCI, USA.

In Ghana’s mining sector, Ms. Afranie is reshaping HR practices. She addresses challenges like occupational health and safety and talent management. Her focus is on people-centric policies that use AI-driven HR solutions for better efficiency.
