The High Court's Land Division in Accra has issued an interim injunction in favor of Labadi Beach Hotel, barring Spartan Ives Limited, operators of Polo Beach Club, from encroaching on the hotel’s 0.54-acre property.

The injunction, sought by Hotel Investments (Ghana) Limited, owners of the hotel, prohibits Spartan Ives from trespassing, organizing events, or using the beachfront in violation of a 1990 lease agreement.

Effective for 10 days, the order emphasizes consequences for non-compliance, including potential contempt of court proceedings.

Labadi Beach Hotel’s management, led by General Manager David Eduaful, affirmed the action as vital to preserving the hotel's reputation and ensuring a tranquil environment for guests.
