The organizers of the Diaspora Property Expo 2025 (DPE2025) met with Ghana’s Minister of Works, Housing, and Water Resources, Kenneth Gilbert Adjei, in Accra to discuss the upcoming event scheduled for March 21–23 in Philadelphia, USA.
DPE2025 aims to facilitate property acquisition for Ghanaians in North America and is supported by key partners, including Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA), the World Trade Center of Philadelphia, and Ghana’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During the meeting, the delegation highlighted the Ministry’s role in connecting Ghanaian real estate developers with diasporan investors. Thomas Young, President of the World Trade Center of Philadelphia, emphasized the potential for long-term Ghana-US collaborations beyond the expo.
Minister Adjei reaffirmed the government’s support, recognizing the expo’s role in promoting Ghana’s real estate market on a global scale.
With 25 exhibitors already registered, DPE2025 is set to enhance Ghana’s appeal as a prime investment destination for the diaspora.
