On Friday, April 11, 2025, former Partners and employees of Deloitte Ghana reunited. They met with current Partners and staff to celebrate their impact on the Deloitte brand.

The event was called the Deloitte Alumni Homecoming. It allowed former staff to share memories and network. The goal was to emphasize the importance of alumni in Deloitte's business strategy.

Daniel Kwadwo Owusu, Country Managing Partner of Deloitte Ghana, spoke at the event. He emphasized that this homecoming would not be a one-time event. Instead, it will be a regular gathering to strengthen the alumni network.

Owusu highlighted the benefits of a strong alumni value proposition. These include professional networking opportunities and exclusive events. Career support and access to unique resources are also important.

He stated, “This is not going to be a nine-day wonder.” He mentioned plans for another event in December 2025. He believes these gatherings help everyone stay connected.

“When we leave here, Deloitte is our family,” he said. He encouraged everyone to work together to build a proud future for Deloitte.
