Deputy UK Prime Minister Angela Rayner has expressed strong support for Ghana’s 24-Hour Economic Policy, which aims to drive round-the-clock economic activity, boost productivity, create jobs, and attract investment.

During her state visit and meeting with President John Dramani Mahama, Mrs. Rayner highlighted that the policy aligns with the UK’s vision for sustainable growth and shared the aspiration for economic progress between the two nations.

Reflecting on Ghana’s election campaign centered on the 24-hour economy, she reaffirmed the UK’s long-standing commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation.

Rayner emphasized that the UK would continue supporting Ghana’s efforts to expand job opportunities and improve living standards, ensuring mutual benefits for both economies.
