The first National Tracking Poll of 2025 by Global InfoAnalytics shows key issues for Ghanaians.
The economy, unemployment, and education are top concerns. The poll reveals that 67% of respondents worry about the economy and job opportunities. Education is also significant, with 45% highlighting its importance.
Other concerns include roads (25%), healthcare (22%), and taxes (20%). These figures show a need for better infrastructure and medical services. Fair taxation policies are also essential.
Corruption was mentioned by 18% of participants. Electricity and petroleum prices were noted by 11%, indicating ongoing energy cost struggles.
Security (5%) and water (7%) were less frequently mentioned but still relevant. Issues like religion and ethnicity were noted by only 1% each.
Mussa Dankwah, Executive Director at Global InfoAnalytics, shared insights on Channel One TV's The Point of View. The survey took place between March 25th and April 1st.
