Edward Koranteng, former CEO of the Minerals Income Investment Fund (MIIF), has resigned as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee at Atlantic Lithium Ghana. His resignation, effective immediately, was communicated to the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE).

Koranteng's position as Non-Executive Director was tied to MIIF’s $5 million investment in Atlantic Lithium, allowing MIIF to appoint a nominee director to the board. His departure follows his earlier exit from MIIF. Despite his resignation, MIIF retains the right to appoint a replacement nominee director.

Neil Herbert, Executive Chairman of Atlantic Lithium, expressed gratitude for Koranteng’s contributions and extended best wishes for his future endeavors.
