Eric Eduam honoured with Forty under 40 Global Award in Dubai

“It was a humbling and surreal moment,” he said.

“I’ve always wanted to make a meaningful contribution in my field. Hearing my name called among global trailblazers was fulfilling.”

He emphasized that consistency pays off. He felt proud that his team's hard work was recognized.

Mr. Eduam expressed gratitude to the organizers and supporters. “I am excited to be named a Forty Under 40 Global awardee in Project Management,” he stated.

He thanked everyone who voted and supported him. “To my incredible team, this award shows our dedication and diligence.”

Mr. Eduam is the Founder and Group CEO of WEL Group. He oversees subsidiaries in construction, project management, hospitality, and agribusiness.

With over 12 years of experience, he is known for strategic leadership and problem-solving skills.

“Starting businesses in Ghana’s construction industry hasn’t been easy,” he reflected.

“It has many challenges. Being recognized globally feels like validation for every sleepless night.”

He believes excellence can be achieved locally as well.

Currently, Mr. Eduam is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at the University of Northampton. His research focuses on sustainable leadership in real estate.

He is a member of several professional organizations, including MRICS and MGhIS.

This international recognition adds to his accolades, including the Ghana Industry CEO Awards.

His achievement highlights Ghana’s growing influence in innovation and infrastructure on the global stage.
