First National Bank appoints Adwoa Boateng Addo as Chief People Officer

Adwoa has been appointed to a new role at First National Bank. Previously, she was the Senior Human Resource Business Partner there. She is known for building strong relationships and influencing executives.

In her new position, Adwoa will oversee strategic people initiatives. These include talent development, performance enablement, and organizational design. Warren expressed confidence in her ability to excel in this role.

Adwoa has over fifteen years of experience in human resources. She has worked in banking, media, and public service sectors in Ghana and the UK. She focuses on transformative human capital strategies.

She is excited about her appointment at First National Bank. Adwoa looks forward to working with the bank's talented team. She believes they can align human resources with the bank’s goals effectively.

Adwoa holds a Master of Science degree from London South Bank University. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Ghana. Additionally, she is an alumnus of Achimota School.

She is a certified member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP). Her expertise includes talent management, employee relations, learning and development, rewards, and HR analytics.
