The Seed for Success Incubation Programme, a flagship initiative of the Food-Agro Business (FAB) Hub, has equipped 13 food entrepreneurs with essential skills for growth and sustainability.
The program provided training, mentorship, and resources in areas such as business planning, bookkeeping, financial management, and marketing.
The graduation ceremony in Accra-New Town celebrated the entrepreneurs’ progress, with eight females and five males completing the program.
FAB Hub’s Executive Director, Kwabena Nketia Yankey, emphasized the initiative’s mission to address challenges like access to credit and certification. He highlighted collaborations with the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) and other partners to support entrepreneurs.
The best entrepreneur, Ophelia Asumeng, expressed gratitude for the training, which boosted her confidence and business skills. The program will be scaled up quarterly in the future.
