GEXIM is seeking a partnership with the Swiss Embassy to invest in agribusiness and the garment sub-sectors under the 24-hour economy policy, aimed at boosting exports, growth, and job creation in line with President Mahama’s vision.

A team from GEXIM, including Deputy CEOs Moses Klu Mensah and Victor Easmon, and Manager Jonathan Christopher Koney, recently met with Swiss Ambassador Simone Giger.

The discussion centered on accelerating export trade, enhancing food production, supporting agribusiness, and growing local businesses.

Ambassador Giger emphasized Ghana and Switzerland's collaboration in agriculture and suggested leveraging Swiss expertise in agro-processing and innovative farming techniques while exploring funding options from Swiss financing agencies.

Both parties agreed to further engage with selected Swiss public and private sector players to develop a mutually beneficial partnership.
