GOIL senior staff, union express confidence in MD’s leadership

The Senior Staff Association and Unionized workers of GOIL have expressed strong confidence in the leadership of Group CEO and Managing Director, Edward Abambire Bawa. At separate meetings, both groups pledged their commitment to industrial harmony and cooperation.

Senior Staff Association President, David Osei Bonsu, highlighted the history of collaboration between staff and management, while Bawa assured workers of an open-door policy based on transparency and fairness.

He emphasized teamwork, unity, and a merit-based reward system to drive productivity and position GOIL as a market leader. GOIL Workers’ Union Chairman, Mac-Jordan Macbeth Norgbe, reaffirmed their support for Bawa, committing to advancing the company’s goals.

Key management members, including the Heads of Administration, Corporate Affairs, and Public Relations, attended the meetings.
