The Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL) has apologized for an issue at Kotoka International Airport.
On Monday, April 7, 2025, there was a problem at the domestic arrival hall of Terminal 2. Passengers arriving on Passion Air flight 143 from Kumasi at 0756hrs could not enter the arrival hall. This was due to a locked door at the main arrival gate.
In a statement to Metro TV, GACL management expressed sincere apologies to affected passengers. They are investigating the cause of the issue and will take necessary disciplinary action.
The statement emphasized that measures will be implemented to prevent future incidents. GACL is committed to ensuring a smooth travel experience for all passengers.
