Before the curtains rise abroad, the magic starts in Accra.
“This is more than a play. It’s a national voice. A creative revolution. We’re using it to put Ghana on the global map,” said Latif Abubakar. He is behind many of Ghana’s iconic theatrical hits.
Ghana Must Go: A Story That Hits Home
Ghana Must Go follows friends who return home from abroad. They are weary of life in the diaspora and face an uncertain future. The play explores themes of homecoming, opportunity, and rediscovery.
With sharp humor and emotional depth, Ghana Must Go offers laughs and reflection.
