Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson, newly sworn in as Ghana’s Finance Minister, has pledged to work closely with Parliament to serve the nation with dedication.

In his final speech as Majority Leader, he expressed gratitude to President Mahama, party leaders, and his constituents for their support in transitioning from minority to super-majority in Parliament.

Mahama Ayariga, formally chosen as the new Majority Leader, acknowledged the challenges facing the Mahama administration but stressed the importance of dialogue and mutual respect to achieve their vision of resetting Ghana.

He pledged to pursue inclusivity, accountability, and equitable development while building on the legacy of past leaders like Speaker Alban Bagbin and Dr. Ato Forson.

Both leaders remain committed to advancing democracy and fostering unity for a prosperous Ghana.
