Kofi Adomakoh resigns as Chairman of Ghana Stock Exchange Council

Former GCB Bank Managing Director, Kofi Adomakoh, has stepped down as Chairman of the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) Council, effective February 21, 2025.

Adomakoh, who joined the GSE Council in July 2021 and became Chairman in May 2024, played a key role in strengthening the market and boosting investor confidence.

In a statement on February 27, the GSE expressed gratitude for his leadership and contributions to the Exchange’s growth.
