Maame Samma Peprah appointed Acting Registrar of Companies

Maame Samma Peprah has officially assumed office as the Acting Registrar of Companies (ROC) in Accra, succeeding Jemima M. Oware after a tenure from March 2022 to February 2025.

At the handover ceremony on March 17, Mrs. Oware expressed gratitude to the staff for their support and encouraged them to extend the same cooperation to her successor.

She highlighted the institution’s achievements under her leadership and pledged to offer guidance when needed.

Maame Samma Peprah, in her remarks, emphasized teamwork and collaboration as key to advancing the institution’s objectives. She acknowledged the contributions of her predecessor and expressed her commitment to building upon the progress made while fostering an efficient and cooperative work environment.
