Private legal practitioner Martin Kpebu has lauded the government for successfully organizing the National Economic Dialogue, emphasizing that meaningful change requires engaging all key stakeholders.
Speaking on TV3’s Key Points on March 8, he remarked, “To bring major change, you need to bring people on board even when you’re very confident of what you’re doing.”
The dialogue, held from March 3-4, 2025, at the Accra International Conference Centre under the patronage of President Mahama and Vice President Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, brought together government, the private sector, civil society, traditional authorities, and academia.
Finance Minister Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson described the forum as a pivotal moment for reflecting on past economic missteps and charting a roadmap toward a more resilient, prosperous future for Ghana.
