The National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP) announced on February 21 that, due to legal complexities around employment and salary issues, it is currently impossible to use operational funds for monthly staff allowances.

As a result, all staff have been instructed not to report to work starting Monday, February 24, except for select employees whose services are deemed essential.

NEIP management emphasized that employment-related matters must be handled through proper legal channels to prevent further complications.

Additionally, all staff holding company property must return these items to the HR Officer by the end of Tuesday, February 25, or risk being charged with theft. Updates will be provided as efforts to resolve the situation continue.
