Finance Minister Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson has urged the immediate implementation of key economic reforms from the National Economic Dialogue (NED), emphasizing that the time for discussion is over. He stressed that the government alone cannot drive reforms without public support.
Dr. Forson assured that the 2025 Budget Statement, set for March 11, will reflect stakeholders’ concerns. He called for collective action to reset and reform the economy, highlighting the interconnectedness of governance, corruption, and economic sectors.
He reaffirmed his commitment to using the NED communique as a guiding document for policy decisions, stating that the solutions are clear and implementation must begin now.
