President Mahama appoints Dr. Christopher Boadi-Mensah as NPRA CEO

President John Mahama has appointed Dr. Christopher Boadi-Mensah, an accomplished insurance consultant and the current head of Byll Wych Insurance Brokers, as the Chief Executive Officer of the National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA).

The appointment, effective January 23, 2025, was confirmed in a letter signed by Callistus Mahama, Secretary to the President.

Dr. Boadi-Mensah, who previously served as the CEO of Serene Insurance from 2016 to 2021, brings over 17 years of experience in the insurance sector to his new role.

His wealth of expertise is expected to strengthen the NPRA's operations and regulatory oversight.
