Prudential Bank's Tamale Branch donated GH¢10,000 to the Kukuo Laststop Jummah Mosque. This donation supports local Muslims for Eid-ul-Fitr celebrations.
The three-member delegation was led by Branch Manager Sumaila Mahama. They presented the donation through Chief Adam Lansah and Imam Adam Nayi Alhassan at a ceremony in Tamale.
Mr. Mahama expressed the Bank's appreciation for its relationship with Muslims. He said, “This is Prudential Bank’s way of supporting the Muslim ummah during Eid.”
Chief Adam Lansah thanked the Bank for its generosity. He assured that the funds would benefit everyone in the community. He encouraged mosque members to choose Prudential Bank for their banking needs.
The Imam offered prayers for the branch and its management after receiving the donation.
Mr. Mahama was joined by Inusah Yakubu, a Relationship Officer, and Baba Mohammed Saani, Deputy Operations Manager.
Earlier during Ramadan, Prudential Bank supported local Muslim communities with donations. They provided care packages to 100 retail and 30 corporate Muslim customers across selected branches. The packages included breakfast items to assist customers during fasting.
