QNET rejects allegations broadcast on Peace FM, reaffirms anti-scam commitment

QNET has denied any connection to a fraud case reported on Peace FM. The company claims this incident is another example of people misusing its name for personal gain.

The alleged victim said he was promised a Canadian visa. Instead, he was taken to Nigeria under false pretenses. QNET emphasizes that it is not a recruitment agency and does not facilitate work visas.

Their business model focuses on direct selling and e-commerce. Customers can access their services online without needing to travel abroad.

In recent years, QNET has increased its anti-scam efforts in Ghana. They launched the "Mama Campaign" in 2022 and "QNET Against Scams" in 2024. These initiatives have raised public awareness through various media channels.

In 2024 alone, QNET helped over 250 individuals file fraud complaints. They also initiated 42 legal actions across Sub-Saharan Africa. The company maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards misconduct.

QNET works with law enforcement to bring offenders to justice. A spokesperson stated, “We remain committed to protecting the public.” They encourage people to verify business claims on their official website or report suspicious activities via WhatsApp or email.
