SCE grants Ecobank, Stanchart extension to publish its 2024 Financial Statements on March 1st

The Securities and Exchange Commission has granted both Standard Chartered Bank and Ecobank Ghana an extension to publish their 2024 Audited Financial Statements.

According to a circular by the Ghana Stock Exchange, both banks now have until March 1, 2024, to release their reports.

Ecobank reaffirmed its commitment to transparency and regulatory compliance, assuring stakeholders that the revised timeline will be met and expressing appreciation for their continued support.

The extension allows these institutions additional time to finalize their financial reporting processes while maintaining high industry standards.

Notably, both banks remain among the best-performing stocks on the Ghana Stock Exchange, with Ecobank trading at GH¢6.25 and Standard Chartered at GH¢25.01.
