Tema Oil Terminal donates motorbikes to Kpone District Police Station

The Tema Oil Terminal (TOT) donated two new Apsonic Jungle motorbikes.

The donation was made to the Kpone District Police Headquarters.

The ceremony took place at the Kpone Police Station on May 8, 2025.

TOT is a depot for storing and distributing petroleum products. It operates in the Heavy Industrial Area of Tema.

As part of Safety Week celebrations, TOT supported local police efforts.

Kay Amonoo, Head of Operations & Maintenance, presented the motorbikes for TOT.

He highlighted the police's important role in ensuring security in the area.

Ama Agyemang Boafo, Head of Human Resources at TOT, also presented the bikes.

She thanked the Ghana Police Service for their vigilance and hoped for improved operations.

Chief Superintendent Tay Seth received the motorbikes on behalf of his team.

He expressed gratitude to TOT for their generous donation.

Seth noted the strong relationship between his station and TOT. He requested more vehicle donations to aid their patrols.

Benjy Ofori, Managing Director of TOT, explained their motivation for donating.

He recognized the police's critical role in providing security near TOT's operations.

Ofori stressed that efficient storage and distribution are vital for clients.

TOT aims to enhance police operational efficiency and support local communities.
