There’s no freeze on employment – Finance Minister insists

Finance Minister Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson has dismissed rumors of a public sector employment freeze, assuring that recruitment will continue based on economic needs.

Speaking on Channel One TV on March 12, he addressed growing concerns over job opportunities in health, education, and other key sectors.

Dr. Forson reaffirmed the government’s commitment to job creation, particularly for the youth, and emphasized that Ghana’s workforce will be strengthened to support economic growth.
