UMB appoints Mrs. Daphne Oppong as Head of Human Capital

Her expertise includes Organizational Design, Culture Management, HR Management, Policy Development, and Talent Management.

Dr. Philip Oti-Mensah, CEO of UMB, welcomed Daphne to the leadership team. He emphasized that her experience will help build a culture reflecting community values. He noted that people are central to UMB’s refreshed brand vision.
