3 armed robbers get 19 years

The Ho Circuit Court sentenced three armed robbers last Friday.

Mercy Sokpe, 22, Atsu Kumasa, 25, and Godfred Dzidonu, 19, were involved. They faced two charges: conspiracy to commit robbery and robbery.

All three pleaded guilty to the charges.

Mr. Osman Abdul-Hakeem presided over the court proceedings.

Each robber received a three-year sentence for conspiracy to commit robbery.

Atsu Kamasa and Godfred Dzidonu received additional sentences of five years each for robbery.
