3 suspects grabbed over robbery, killings in Kumasi - Ghanaian Times

The Ashanti Regional Police Command has arrested three suspects. They are linked to the robbery and murder of two Mobile Money (MOMO) vendors in Kumasi.

The suspects are Charles Kwame Danso, 23, also known as Kwame Charles or Miami. Philip Fordjour, 29, and Samuel Addae Mensah, 42, were taken into custody on March 21. They were found hiding in Pankrono and Atimatim.

The first robbery happened on February 13 in Krofrom, Kumasi. During this attack, Patricia Nimako was murdered and a large sum of money was stolen.

The second incident occurred on the night of March 10 at Kwadaso in Kumasi. The victim, Gideon Owusu Sarpong, was also robbed and killed.
