4 remanded over alleged murder at Asiyaw

The Osino District Court remanded four people last Friday. They are connected to the alleged murder of five individuals. This incident occurred at Asiyaw, near Akwane-Dobro in the Eastern Region.

The suspects were arrested by the Eastern South Regional Police Command. The murders happened during a shooting incident between two groups over sand winning.

A police statement, shared with the Ghana News Agency, named the suspects. They are Samuel Atsu Forson, also known as Alanyo, Freeheart Kweku Sedonu, Kwesi Prince, and Benjamin Adzalekor.

Forson, Sedonu, and Prince were remanded in prison custody. Adzalekor was remanded in police custody.
