Armed Robbers ‘vanish’ after they were trapped inside Forex Bureau at Abeka Lapaz

Two armed robbers attacked a Forex bureau near Las Palmas in Abeka Lapaz, Accra, on Friday afternoon, demanding cash from staff.

However, bystanders locked the entrance, trapping the robbers and employees inside.

When police arrived and forced entry into the building, the robbers were mysteriously missing despite the bureau being secured.

An eyewitness described the robbers' disappearance as baffling, while the police have since tightened security around the premises.
