The Accra Circuit Court has postponed the case involving Bishop Elijah Salifu Amoako, his wife Mouha, and their sales assistant, Linda Bonsu Bempah, to February 17.
The trio faces charges for allowing a minor to drive, following a tragic October 12, 2024, accident in East Legon.
Their unlicensed 16-year-old son, Elrad Amoako, was driving a Jaguar F-Pace SUV when he collided with an Acura vehicle, causing a fire that claimed the lives of two 12-year-old girls.
Elrad, who admitted to multiple offenses including manslaughter and dangerous driving, is serving a six-month sentence at the Senior Correctional Home.
The accused, currently out on GHC50,000 bail each, have pleaded not guilty, with the court continuing investigations.
