A 56-year-old businessman, Isaac Larbi, is expected to appear before the Dansoman Circuit Court on February 10, 2025, over allegations of unlawful entry onto the premises of Kasapreko Distillers Company.
Larbi, who claims ownership of the property, is accused of breaking into the facility at Kaneshie and damaging locks, despite a prior conviction for similar actions in 2019.
In a separate case, Pastor Samuel Darlin and businessman Samuel Sibie, both 42, have been charged with conspiracy to trespass and property damage after allegedly leading an invasion of a fenced plot at Dome Pillar Two.
The duo, accused of evicting residents and causing over GH¢40,000 in damages, pleaded not guilty and were granted GH¢30,000 bail each.
Their case is set for a management conference on March 26, 2025.
