COP Faustina Agyeiwaa Kodua Andoh-Kwofie, Director-General of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), has filed a lawsuit against the National Investment Bank (NIB), accusing its staff of tampering with her late husband’s accounts.

The legal action, filed on January 22, 2025, seeks an order from the High Court for NIB to release accurate account statements for her late husband, COP Stephen Andoh-Kwofie.

She claims discrepancies in the bank balances, falling far short of expected millions.

Despite multiple requests, NIB has allegedly failed to provide full and accurate records, prompting the legal suit for damages and complete account details.
