Four arrested in connection with violent Oyarifa attack

The Ghana Police Service has arrested four suspects involved in a violent attack during the Homowo festival in Oyarifa, Accra, which left three people injured on September 7.

The suspects, Latif Bako, Ebenezer Ewuzie, Stephen Owusu, and Ebenezer Adjei, reportedly assaulted the victims with machetes.

All victims, including suspect Ebenezer Adjei, are receiving medical treatment.

The police confirmed that Bako, Owusu, and Ewuzie are in custody, assisting with investigations, and efforts are ongoing to apprehend other accomplices.

The police assured the public that any offenders would face legal action.
