The Accra High Court has issued a directive in the case against Kwabena Adu-Boahene. He is the former head of the National Signals Bureau (NSB). The prosecution must file all witness statements by the end of May 2025.
These statements should include all relevant materials and documents. This applies to Mr. Adu-Boahene, his wife Angela Adjei Boateng, and Mildred Donkor. Donkor is a former bank relations officer and director at Advantage Solutions Limited (ASL).
ASL is reportedly owned by Mr. Adu-Boahene and Angela. Justice John Eugene Nyadu Nyante presides over the case. He urged the prosecution, led by Dr. Srem-Sai, to expedite proceedings.
This case involves serious criminal matters affecting personal liberties.
