GIS boss recalls 78 officers from interdiction - Ghanaian Times

The Comptroller-General of Immigration, Samuel Basintale Amadu, has taken action. He recalled 78 personnel from interdiction. This decision shows his commitment to discipline and due process.

The recalled personnel include 14 senior officers and 64 other ranks. They were allegedly involved in recruitment and visa scams, among other offenses.

This announcement came through a press statement. The statement was signed by Michael Amoako Atta. He is the head of Public Affairs at the Ghana Immigration Service (GIS).
