The High Court in Accra will decide Daniel Asiedu's fate on December 4, 2024, following the murder trial of former MP Joseph Boakye Danquah Adu.
Asiedu, accused of murder and robbery, denied the charges, claiming he was coerced into providing false statements.
The prosecution presented evidence, including DNA links to the crime scene, but Asiedu rejected these claims, saying they were fabricated by police.
The case has seen Asiedu’s repeated changes in statements, which he says were forced under duress.
Both the prosecution and defense will address the jury on December 4 before they deliberate on a verdict.
If guilty, Asiedu faces life imprisonment.
