Kevin Taylor faces GH¢20m defamation suit - Ghanaian Times

Ghanaian medical entrepreneur Dr. William Anar Sarpong has filed a lawsuit. He is suing US-based journalist Kevin Taylor for GH¢20 million. The lawsuit also targets Taylor's media outlet, Loud Silence Media.

This legal action stems from allegations made by Taylor. He made these claims during a Facebook Live broadcast. This broadcast occurred between February 26 and 28, 2025.

The lawsuit was filed at the High Court in Accra. It alleges that Taylor made “false and damaging” statements about Dr. Anar. These statements were part of a series of online broadcasts.

Court documents reveal serious accusations against Dr. Anar. They include claims of fraudulent activities and improper dealings with the Ghanaian government.
