Kwame Blay denies land theft allegations, labels them 'misleading' and 'unfounded'

Kwame Blay, CEO of Western Group, has strongly refuted accusations of land theft made by SINO Africa, a company owned by Joseph Siaw Agyepong of Zoomlion, regarding a 29-acre property in Borteyman, Accra.

Blay insists that his company, Terraform Development Ltd., legally acquired the land from Royal Bell Investment Ltd. and followed all necessary legal processes.

Despite a 2021 lawsuit filed by SINO Africa, a High Court ruling has affirmed Terraform Development's ownership.

Blay criticized attempts to politicize the issue, emphasizing it as a legal matter and rejecting demands for resolution by SINO Africa, including a $12 million payment.
