Man in court over alleged GH¢82,000 visa fraud

Timothy Binob Mussah, an unemployed man, appeared in court. He is accused of defrauding three people of GH¢82,000. He allegedly promised to secure Mongolia visas and plane tickets.

Mussah, 39, faces three counts of defrauding by false pretences. He pleaded not guilty to all charges.

The court session was led by Mr. Isaac Addo. Mussah was granted bail set at GH¢100,000 with two sureties. The case has been adjourned until May 7.

Chief Inspector Jonas Lawer leads the prosecution. The first complainant is Godsway Asempa, an electrician from Taifa.
