The Supreme Court has adjourned the case about Chief Justice Gertrude Araba Sackey Torkonoo.
The adjournment is indefinite and will continue until further notice.
State attorneys are currently attending a week-long training program.
They are preparing to represent Ghana at the ECOWAS Court.
The case was filed by Ekow Vincent Assafuah, MP for Old Tafo Constituency.
President John Dramani Mahama referred three petitions about the Chief Justice's removal to the Council of State for advice.
