In a recent video, he revealed a gift for Ibrahim Mahama. This trip was sponsored by Mahama, who is the brother of former President John Dramani Mahama. Appiah left Ghana on April 16 and returned on April 24.

During his trip, Appiah praised Ibrahim Mahama, calling him industrious. He shared a video showing a new flip smartphone he bought for Mahama as a thank you gift. However, Mahama declined the phone but appreciated the gesture.

Appiah expressed joy over their relationship and called his trip an honor. He wore an all-white outfit with matching sneakers and socks upon his return. In another video, he showcased his house and a new Toyota Prado gifted by Ibrahim Mahama after the 2024 elections.

Earlier reports noted that Appiah took his protégé Kwame Ahenfie home after their European trip. They were welcomed with cheers at Ahenfie's family house. Appiah also donated GHC 10k to Ahenfie's mother from one of his benefactors.
