Araba Sekum to represent Ghana at Queen of the World pageant in USA

Nana Araba Sekum, winner of the Queen of Ghana Beauty Pageant, is set to represent Ghana at the prestigious Queen of the World Pageant in the USA.

The event, which celebrates beauty, culture, and social causes, will take place from May 6 to 10, 2025, at the Peter Norton Symphony Space Theater in New York, featuring contestants from over 50 countries.

A second-year student at the University of Education, Winneba, Nana Araba sees this opportunity as more than just a crown—it is a platform to inspire young girls in Ghana and beyond.

Upon her return, she plans to launch a nationwide campaign promoting girls' education and leadership.

Mrs. Araba Biesema Crentsil, founder and CEO of Queen of Ghana, emphasized the need for national support, expressing confidence that Nana Araba can bring the crown home. She assured that a dedicated team will support her to make a significant impact on the international stage.
