At 33, it’s a state of emergency for single ladies to marry – Kanayo O. Kanayo

Renowned Nigerian actor Kanayo O. Kanayo has highlighted societal pressure on single women over 33, describing their situation as a "state of emergency."

In an interview with News Central, he criticized women for prioritizing relationships with wealthy, often married men in their 20s, rejecting younger, sincere suitors.

This lifestyle, he said, often leaves women with fewer prospects by their late 20s and early 30s.

Kanayo argued that by 28, these women become prayerful about marriage, and by 33, they face growing challenges in finding husbands.

He urged women to reconsider their priorities, emphasizing the importance of making choices that ensure long-term stability.
