Blakk Rasta questions Businessman’s lavish birthday bash, calls for probe

Controversial media personality Blakk Rasta has raised concerns over businessman Richard Nii Armah Quaye’s extravagant birthday celebration.

Speaking on 3FM’s Urban Blend, he urged authorities to investigate the source of Quaye’s wealth.

Blakk Rasta likened the lavish event to a national celebration, exclaiming, “Not even Ghana’s 1957 independence saw such a reckless display of wealth!”

He referenced past cases where public figures flaunting wealth faced legal troubles and called on the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) and the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) to scrutinize Quaye’s finances.

“If your wealth is clean, then there’s nothing to hide,” he asserted, emphasizing the need for transparency in high-profile financial dealings.
