Rapper Medikal has advised President-elect John Mahama to implement significant change during his term. While expressing distrust in Mahama, he noted he still believes in him.
Medikal urged Mahama to prioritize the needs of Ghanaian youth, comparing this to the care for his son Sharaf, whom Medikal considers a friend.
This statement followed Medikal’s criticism of President Nana Akufo-Addo's leadership, accusing the New Patriotic Party (NPP) of imprisoning him unjustly.
He highlighted the abuse of power by the NPP government and expressed hope that Mahama’s leadership would foster positive change for Ghana’s youth.
