Charterhouse apologises to Felicia Osei over TGMA ticket issues

Robert Klah is the Head of Public Events and Communications at Charterhouse Productions Ltd. He addressed ticketing challenges during the 26th Telecel Ghana Music Awards.

Ghanaian content creator Felicia Osei complained on social media. She said she could not enter the auditorium. At the checkpoint, she was told her ticket had already been used.

When asked about similar complaints, Robert Klah responded. He mentioned that they received such information during their post-event review. Some attendees were giving out their tickets, which caused confusion.

In an interview with DJ Slim on Daybreak Hitz, Robert explained how ticket scanning works. Each scanned ticket captures a face image. If someone else tries to use that same ticket, they will be denied entry.

Robert Klah apologized to Felicia Osei for her bad experience. He promised that organizers would meet with vendors to investigate what went wrong.

He expressed regret for any embarrassment she faced. He noted there are three possible reasons for the issue. The company aims to understand these reasons and improve future processes.
